Deliver and erect all necessary formwork and shuttering.

Place 1 layer of PIFA 1200 Damp Proof Membrane to base. Lap joints to be taped with min. 350mm overlap.

Place and finish 100mm of Class C30 fibre-reinforced mass concrete in bays as required.

Expansion joints included as required; full depth flexible filler board with 30mm suitable sealant to top of joint.

Apply 'insert colour' dry-shake colour hardener and work into surface of fresh concrete.

Apply the Release Agent

Imprint surface of concrete with texture mats.

Imprint border and body with 'insert pattern' texture .

Alignment of mats with no deviation from line.

Apply 2 coats of acrylic sealant.

Clear all site of shuttering, debris and rubble on completion and make good.

Cut crack control joints as required.
